Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) impact 4% of the world’s population making it a significant mental disorder. Despite this, we don’t fully understand the reasoning behind PTSD. New research might provide some insights toward the relationship between brain chemicals and PTSD which could pave the way to potential targeted therapies.

Microplastics are tiny plastic particles found in nearly all household items. Many studies have shown serious health concerns related to microplastics, impacting various parts of the human body, including lung tissue, which could lead to significant health issues. A new technique has the potential to reveal detailed information about the structure and chemical composition of these microplastics in living organisms, greatly advancing research in this field.
